The RP-4000 is a fully-automatic solution for mattress roll-packing operations.It enables efficient and automatic wrapping, pressing, and roll-packing of bonnell spring, pocket spring, latex and foam mattresses.Additionally, after the pressing operation, the RP-4000 can fold the mattress in half, allowing more products to be shipped in container-based transportation, reducing freight charges, and facilitating mattress transportation for online shopping.
