Digital Product Passports (DPPs)
A DPP is a record that provides comprehensive information on a product’s components, its repairability and disposal recommendations. This ensures the traceability of materials and paves the way for high-value recycling. DPPs will be mandatory in the EU, and the German furniture industry associations and the German Institute for Standardization (DIN) are currently working on the precise parameters´.
