With COMPAIR PRIME flow®, Naber has achieved a quantum leap in kitchen ventilation technology. The most advanced air duct system currently on the market, which directs cooking vapours to the outside as exhaust air or into filters as recirculated air, guarantees low power consumption combined with high extraction performance. Even with the extractor fan on low power settings, the system transports large volumes of air. This is due to the highly effective flow engineering using 3D flow simulations, as in aviation technology.
Optimised guide vanes, bionically expanded pipe cross-sections and small turbulators produce perfect aerodynamics. COMPAIR PRIME flow® is superbly equipped to meet the efficiency and air-tightness requirements of building technology, both now and in the future. In the flat duct version, the system can be equipped with support bars which make installation in the floor structure possible. Cable management for power and data cables has also been integrated as a new feature.
The practical side of the technical progress is shown in the simple installation technique: thanks to the new universal connector, moulded parts and pipe sections can be plugged together without the need for tools, silicone or adhesive tape. Snap-in elements guarantee secure connection and click to confirm airtight assembly. The permanently elastic 2-lip seal prevents air from escaping. The air duct system is now bendy and agile thanks to the compensator, a flexible zone of the universal connector that enables directional changes of up to 15 degrees in any direction.
For kitchen ventilation in the exhaust air system, COMPAIR PRIME flow® offers a wall conduct set including an installation set for the building shell. When installing the extractor system, the THERMOBOX with heat retention system is quickly and easily inserted into a clean pipe.
