Foam Bonding Mattress Adhesive that is Rollcoat Applied

GreenGuard Gold certified, zero VOC, water-based
roll applied adhesive that exhibits wet tack and
good tack range with fast dry for bonding foam
to foam, foam to polyester fiber and non-woven
substrates for mattress foam laminations.

Designed as a stable one part adhesive
applied by rollcoat machinery for the
bonding of foam layers for mattress constructions.

Fast Drying
Due to the solids content and the ability
to apply a small quantity for bonding,
the water content evaporates quickly.

Fast Bonding
Fast wet tack gives fast assembly times.
The lamination can be handled immediately. Destructive bonds develop within
two hours when adhesive is applied at
the recommended levels.

Easy-to-Clean
When dry the adhesive easily peels off
of the metal application rolls of the
machine as well as the roll end dams.
If desired, it can be cleaned while still
wet using soft or distilled water and
wiping off the rollers.

Low Application Rates
For most foams only 35 to 50 grams
per square yard (42 to 60 grams per
square meter) are required for good
wet tack and foam destructive bonds.

Stability on Equipment During Break Times
The product will resist clotting
or coagulating while not being
used during break times.

Excellent Bonding to all Foam Types and Pocketed Coils

to standard core foams, visco-elastic
foams, other specialty foams as well
as pocketed coils.
