Lacquered Surfaces: Always strike the right shade

Surface-finished veneer edgings enable efficient production and ensure an improved solvent balance for the processor. We offer a variety of different lacquering systems and surfaces. State-of-the-art technologies and environmentally friendly UV and hydro lacquering systems enable exact production according to colour and gloss level samples. The choice of these systems is made individually. Our fully glued finger joint offers many advantages for the processor, especially in the area of finished surfaces: no breaking of the joints, higher tensile strength of the joints, no penetration of paint or stain into the joints, best possible preserved structure in the joint area.
Our lacquering systems:
UV systems: Thin veneer edging, Thick veneer edging
Hydro-UV Systems: Profile wrapping with soft radii, Skirting boards, Furniture profiles and Softforming, Door rebate edging, Door frames and trims
Hydro-flex systems: Profile wrapping with the smallest radii
Natural wood look: Surface effect, can be used with all of the aforementioned lacquering systems, Suitable for dull matte or oiled surfaces, gloss level 2-5°.
