As Head of CU Innovation (Corporate Unit), Marco Schröder takes care of so called 'BlueSky Initiatives' that go beyond the traditional scope of R+D within the ARDEX Group. Marco Schröder and his team strive for new opportunities in four hyper objectives: "Circularity and New Materials", "Robotics in an uncontrolled environment", "PreFab and Modular" and "Smart Construction and Buildings".
Before he joined ARDEX, Marco Schröder worked for several companies from different industries as a strategic consultant. After his studies in Media Business Administration he started his career within the TV landscape, innovating formats and business models for broadcasters and production houses.
