About Elke Malek
Elke Malek Head of Design at Hadi Teherani Design GmbH in Hamburg studied product design in Dresden, Berlin, Lahti and Zurich. Already during her studies, an interdisciplinary approach in the interface with research, architecture, graphic and fashion design was an important part of her projects. In 2003, with the renowned architect Hadi Teherani, she found the perfect platform to apply this interdisciplinary working method in projects for companies such as Carpet Concept, Parador, Thonet, Vorwerk and Christian Fischbacher. This is how, in addition to successful product developments, tailor-made communication concepts are also created under her direction.
