THERMOFELT® RANGE


FOR SEVERAL INDUSTRIAL USES

STANDARD NONWOVEN FABRIC 

- Made of polyester and polypropylene fabrics;
- available in several weights, sizes, and colors: from beige to black, from cognac to grey, from brown to green, and more;
- range of weights: from 60 to 400 g/m²;
- available roll sizes: mother rolls or standard length rolls, narrow widths or larger rolls up to 5 m;
- available in 2 versions: 
    - thermobonded on one side (T1): attaches very strongly to hook & loop strips with high abrasion resistance;
    - thermobonded on both sides (T2): shows very high strength and tear resistance with low deformation.


FOR FURNITURE AND AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY

FLAME RETARDANT FABRIC 

- Made of 100% polypropylene fibers and fully recyclable;
- flame retardant needlepunched fabrics tested;
- products tested every 6 months in several European laboratories;
- FR THERMOFELT® for the automotive industry;
- specific process control methods and strict reaction plans applied in accordance with customer requirements.


ESPECIALLY FOR FURNITURE AND BEDDING INDUSTRY

EMBOSSED FABRIC 

- PP needlepunched nonwoven with an embossed face;
- available version: one pattern with lozenges (14×14 mm);
- maximum production width: 1600 mm;
- available colors: beige, sand, brown, black, grey;
- available weight: 120 g/m² only.

PRINTED FABRICS 

- PP needlepunched nonwoven printed on one side;
- available versions: printing can be made with one or two colors;
- maximum production width: 3200 mm;
- available colors: white, beige, brown, black, grey, anthracite;
- available weights: 100–150 g/m²;
- printing available on the smooth or on the stiff side.

ANTI-SLIP FABRIC

- PP needlepunched nonwoven with an antislip face;
- the antislip side can be made by small dots (or similar patterns) or with a uniform coated surface;
- maximum production width 1600 mm;
- available colors: white, beige, brown, black, grey, anthracite;
- available weights: 100 - 120 g/m²; 
- customized version available with trademarks or logos.
