Strong registration numbers for interzum 2027
More than 93 per cent of the exhibition space available at interzum 2025 already booked for 2027
Early-bird registration for interzum 2027 closed at the end of October, and it was a resounding success. With a year and a half still to go before the start of the trade fair, a wide range of exhibitors has already signed up. The line-up includes virtually all the key global players, as well as many long-standing exhibitors and those making their return to interzum. More than 93 per cent of the exhibition space available at interzum 2025 has already been booked for the next edition in 2027. The industry's willingness to commit to attending early on underscores its strong faith in its world-leading trade fair for furniture production and interior design. From 11 to 14 May 2027, international suppliers to the furniture and interior design industry will once again gather in Cologne, with every indication that the event will be another outstanding success.“We are thrilled that so many top companies are already on board,” says Oliver Frese, Chief Operating Officer of Koelnmesse. “The willingness of a diverse array of exhibitors to confirm their participation at an early stage, coupled with the high number of returnees, means that all those attending the trade fair can get a head start with their preparations and clearly demonstrates the collective resilience and confidence of suppliers to the furniture and interior design industry.”
Strong industry response – high number of returnees
The major industry players that were present in 2025 will once again be among the exhibitors at interzum 2027. In addition, a number of companies that have been part of the world-leading trade fair in the past are returning to Cologne, including Sonae Arauco, Surteco and Losán Spain.
The remarkable success of the early-booking period again highlights what has set interzum apart for years: close links between the industry and its leading trade fair, extensive international reach and an exceptional wealth of innovations.
Sector looks ahead to the 2027 event in Cologne with great anticipation
“As the world's foremost gathering for the furniture industry, interzum plays a crucial role in driving its progress, and we’re already excited about the next edition in 2027,” explains Dr Andreas Hettich, Chairman of the Advisory Board of the Hettich Group and Chairman of the Specialist Advisory Board of interzum.

A promising outlook for the 2027 event
The favourable outcome of the early-bird period builds on the success of the 2025 edition of interzum, which impressively cemented the event’s status as the sector’s leading international trade fair by attracting around 60,000 trade visitors from 157 countries and over 1,600 exhibitors from 57 countries. The spirit of optimism that characterised interzum 2025 is now being carried forward, laying the groundwork for another strong event in 2027.

Über 93 Prozent der Ausstellungsfläche der interzum 2025 bereits wieder gebucht
Ende Oktober endete der Early Bird für die interzum 2027 mit einem beeindruckenden Ergebnis: Bereits eineinhalb Jahre vor Messestart ist ein breites Ausstellerfeld bestätigt – darunter nahezu alle globalen Key Player, langjährige Aussteller sowie Unternehmen, die zur interzum zurückkehren. Über 93 Prozent der Ausstellungsfläche der interzum 2025 ist für die nächste Ausgabe 2027 bereits wieder gebucht. Das frühe Commitment der Industrie unterstreicht das große Vertrauen in die Weltleitmesse für Möbelfertigung und Interior Design. Vom 11. bis 14. Zum Ausstellerkreis der interzum 2027 gehören erneut die Branchengrößen, die auch 2025 vertreten waren. Zudem kehren Unternehmen, die in der Vergangenheit Teil der Weltleitmesse waren, nach Köln zurück, darunter Sonae Arauco, Surteco und Losán Spanien.
