After working for many years in various IT management positions, Rik co-founded TripleR.io together with Stefaan Cognie. TripleR.io is providing solutions for digital product identification and digital product passports (DPP), fully in line with the EcoDesign for Sustainable Product Regulation (ESPR). With MattressID, TripleR.io is creating an eco-system of all stakeholders of the mattress industry to agree and use a common data set to create DPPs. There is very high focus on 'closing the loop' by working on a solution to improve mattress dismantling and recycling. With FurnitureID, TripleR is engaging in a similar for the furniture industry.
