Nail Förderer studied architecture at RWTH Aachen University and has managed a volume of €500 million as a project manager over the last 10 years. In 2014, he started developing the concrete of the future: DETON. He is currently developing several construction projects with environmentally and resource efficient new material technologies and applying for their approvals on a case-by-case basis. He is researching further application possibilities in combination with 3D modelling and modular construction. These relate in particular to thermal and static functions, with a focus on a combination of recycled and biological ingredients.
