If you do not have an account in the Koelnmesse Ticket Shop, please start with step 1. If you already have an account (e.g. because you have already visited interzum or another Koelnmesse event and purchased a ticket or redeemed a voucher for it in the Online Ticket Shop), please follow from step 4.
Step 1: Please go to our Ticket Shop
Step 2: Please register with an e-mail address, fill in your personal data, complete the process and wait for a confirmation e-mail that you now have an account in the Koelnmesse Ticket Shop.
Step 3: Please click on the link in the confirmation e-mail and enter a password. Please confirm again.
Step 4: After you have registered in the Koelnmesse Ticket Shop, either buy a ticket or redeem your voucher code, which you have received from an interzum @home exhibitor, for example, for a ticket and add it to the shopping basket. As soon as you have a ticket in the shopping basket, carry out the necessary steps in the shopping basket (so-called check-out).
Please note: If you have received a voucher code, it can only be used once, with an e-mail address. If you have successfully completed the check-out in the shopping cart of the Koelnmesse ticket shop, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from the Koelnmesse ticket shop, which will take you to step 5.
Step 5: Use the link from the confirmation e-mail from the Koelnmesse Ticket Shop to access the interzum @home 2021 platform. Alternatively, enter https://home.interzum.com in your browser (recommendation: Google Chrome).
Please note: approx. 5 minutes must elapse between registration in the ticket shop and logging on to the platform.
