Nearly 70 years passed since the very first press plate was produced in Sesa. Since then, we never stopped researching innovative solutions to satisfy our customers requests. These efforts lead SESA to gain a prominent position in the manufacturing of press moulds for HPL and LPL application.
The last step in this constant evolution is the collection ONE, easily recognizable by its peculiar dark-black gloss, which provides a 3D effect enhancing the visibility of shallower pores, the natural look of the finish and and décor paper too.
Presented during Interzum 2015, this new revolutionary concept of finishes obtained an immediate success and, today, we can state that a ONE finish was sold in any country.
The cutting edge technologies developped by SESA to produce ONE effect and E.i.R finishes lead to really realistic finishes that makes hard to distinguish them from solid wood.
The precise match between printed decorative paper and structures engraved on press moulds (E.i.R.) is enhanced by the black effect of ONE finishes, resulting in extremely natural finish, no matter if wood, or stone, or textile inspired it.
Don’t miss the opportunity to see our latest developments. New collections and a full size laminate over 3m height, without repetition, are waiting for you in our booth.
SESA Infinite always include a large scale print (with no repetition) and an E.i.R® texture.?In the past we have already seen large stone patterns with no repetition but they did not include E.i.R® . For this reason our Infinite product include E.i.R® . All SESA Infinite textures are meticulously developed by hand with exacting precision to the original wood or stone material, with no repetition BUT with SESA’s signature E.i.R. embossing. ?SESA Infinite is ideal for large scale applications such as worktops, walls and high cabinetry. ?
Traditional laminate papers limit the length of the pattern creating at least 2-3 repetitions of the same texture With SESA Infinite there is no repetition and only one large scale print/texture on every sheet; the design fills the entire width and length of the laminate enabling our customers to offer finished products such as worktops that are closer to the look and feel of authentic wood and stone slabs. ?
Mammoth Wood was developed using River Cypress wood slabs, carefully selected because of their elegant yet oversize woodgrain structure which combines large cathedrals and open woodgrain areas with figuring. On top of offering unparalleled beauty our objective was to offer customers a large scale wood with the flexibility of natural wood.
