LIDEM covers many manufacturing sectors but specializes in the home textile and technical materials cutting sector; as well as cutting and shredding in the recycling processes. As examples, we highlight the following:

ROLLER CUT: Roll cutting machine for all types of materials (textiles, plastic materials, Non-woven, fiberglass…) in blocks, ribbons, bias, trimmings…Used in the processes of production for bedding, table linen, bath linen, kitchen linen, upholstery and decoration, tents and sunshades, technical applications…

TRITURATOR: Cutters and shredder for all types of materials (fabrics and natural fibres, synthetics and minerals, foams and viscoelastic, non-woven, fiberglass, plastic materials and raffia, nets, ropes…) that are used in the processes of recycling thereof.

LIDEM also specializes in machinery for the filling of pillows, cushions and cuddly toys. For this, LIDEM offer to the customer machinery to open fibres, fibre filling systems (with or without weighing systems), pillow and cushion vacuum packing machines, pillow rollers, etc.
