About Martin Beeh
Martin Beeh studied Industrial Design at the FH Darmstadt and at ENSCI-Les Ateliers, Paris, as well as Economics at IWW Hagen. He worked as an industrial designer and design manager at Decathlon in France and for 10 years at the household appliance manufacturer Electrolux in Germany, Sweden and Italy. He is a native German speaker, English and French are his business languages, and speaks Swedish and Italian fluently. From 2006 to 2008 he managed the materials library Material ConneXion in Cologne, and in 2009 he founded his design company beeh_innovation in Cologne. From 2012 to 2015, he was a professor for Design Management in the kitchen furniture industry at the Ostwestfalen-Lippe University of Applied Sciences in the wood technology degree programme. In 2018, he founded materials.cologne-Die Plattform für Design und Innovation. Since September 2020, he has also represented the furniture click connection technology Threespine in the DACH region and is looking forward to the good response in the industry and the added value that Threespine can bring to furniture manufacturers, furniture trade and end consumers.
