Roza Ipek Textile Industry and Trade Inc. has been making narrow woven production since1998. While manufacturing mainly for textile, outerwear and underwear exporters, we have been producing strips for bed, armchair and sofa market since 2012. In 2014, the company developed and used the product “tufting tapes” and made them suitable for automation which used to be prepared and applied manually in bed, armchair and sofa sector. While working on the sub-structures of the machinery and the production complex of the tufting tapes which are being presented to the domestic producers under the registered patents, the production volume reached 15 million per month. We aim to increase our production complex to manufacture more than 100 million pieces of product per month in order to meet the demands of domestic and foreign bed, armchairand sofa producers.
