We are furniture fittings and hardware manufacturer from Baltic states. Throughout 29 years of experience we have become a well-known furniture fittings producer and supplier for our domestic and foreign partners in Europe and other countries.
We work with the biggest European manufacturers that produce furniture for companies such as IKEA or JYSK, as well small furniture producers. We deliver our products to our clients in over 14 countries across Europe. Collaboration with international furniture fittings manufacture leaders and on-going new partners research guarantees a wide selection of products at a suitable price.
We have our own production lines based in Lithuania and Poland that provide the highest quality and reliable supply of goods. We store our products in our own 6,900 m2 warehouse in Kaunas, Lithuania.
We perform quality checks during all production stages - prior production, in-process and after production. We also conduct product control on all incoming goods and before shipping them to clients.
We follow new trends and market updates closely, which allow us to expand our product range. Custom made products is one of our key strengths thus we are able to offer the most suitable products and solutions.
What We Do
Zig-zag springs production. We manufacture the highest quality zig-zag springs. Our springs are made of special steel wires in EN10270-1, with strength of 1650-1850/mm.
Stamping production. With our metal stamping lines we can produce a large array of metal stamping products, depending on specific requirements and needs. Our products range from 1-4mm thickness and various lengths. Our working tables are up to 2200mm which helps us to produce products of various shapes and forms.
With our profiling lines we can produce products of various shapers, lengths and forms.
Roll forming production. We’re equipped with a modern and fully automated roll forming line. Our roll forming products range from 0,4mm – 2mm thickness, up to 200mm width, up to 6m length.
Bed frames. We produce assembling metal bed frames and other parts for bed frames, mechanisms and other metal products and structures. We can produce bed frames with different kinds of lifting systems and dimensions, and colours of steel profiles and slats can be customised according to your requirements.
Table extension slides. By combining steel and aluminium, we provide the most optimal solutions in each price segment. We use 1.75mm - 1.95mm thick steel profiles that provide long-lasting strength. Our slides - robust synchronous mechanisms made with special DUO STOP brake.
Packing. We own modern and fully automated packing line that allows us to provide professional, fast, and high-quality services. We can pack a wide range of furniture fittings and other small non-food items in a plastic bag or carton boxes. We use computer controlled automatic packaging equipment that counts single piece units. We can print logo, barcode or other information directly on a polyethylene film by thermo-transfer printer.
